• Donations are used solely for the welfare activities we undertake, including (All type development program, Healthcare, Education, Self-Employment, Kanya Vivah (Support for Girls' Marriage), Motherly Care, Cow Protection, Ganga Conservation, and Food Donation).
• We do not entertain refund requests once a donation is processed.

2. Use of Funds

• The funds received are allocated responsibly toward projects related to (All type development program Healthcare, Education, Self-Employment, Kanya Vivah (Support for Girls' Marriage), Motherly Care, Cow Protection, Ganga Conservation, and Food Donation.)
• We maintain transparency in our financial records and ensure that donations reach the right beneficiaries.

3. Ethical Use of Our Name & Services

• The name "tarai dooars development foundation" and its associated programs should not be used for personal or commercial gain.
• Any unauthorized use of our name, branding, or collected donations for purposes outside our mission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Participation in Our Programs

• We reserve the right to discontinue association with any individual or group found misusing our resources, services, or reputation.
